Invers et al. (1997)

Experiment incubations were performed in 75 ml glass bottles, for one hour under controlled temperature (20 C), saturating irradiance (500 /xmol photon m-2 s-1) and magnetic stirring. pH values were adjusted by adding NaOH or HCl. P. oceanica was collected at 1 m depth in June in Port-Lligat, NE Spain. Measured parameter was photosynthesis.
