Palacios and Zimmerman (2007)

Flowering shoot abundance at peak flowering of eelgrass (Zostera marina) grown for one year at a pH of 7.75 (control = 8.1) under light-limited conditions (5% of surface irradiance). Reduced pH conditions were obtained via the addition of CO2 from industrial fluegas containing 10% CO2, 158ppm CO and 58 ppm NOx. Seawater temperature ranged from 9C in winter to 17C in summer and salinity ranged from 34 to 37.

Palacios and Zimmerman (2007)

Flowering shoot abundance at peak flowering of eelgrass (Zostera marina) grown for one year at a pH of 7.75 (control = 8.1) under light-replete conditions (33% of surface irradiance). Reduced pH conditions were obtained via the addition of CO2 from industrial fluegas containing 10% CO2, 158ppm CO and 58 ppm NOx. Seawater temperature ranged from 9C in winter to 17C in summer and salinity ranged from 34 to 37.
